Is the swimming pool included?
Pool access is not included for stays under 3 months. The fee is ₱200 per person per day, paid directly to Raya Admin. Pool hours are 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, closed every Thursday. Access is limited to unit owners and registered guests on weekends and holidays.
Is the gym included?
Gym access is ₱150 per person per day, paid to Raya Admin. Hours are 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, subject to availability.
Is there a washing machine in the unit?
No in-unit washer or dryer. Two options are available: on-site laundry pickup (3–4 day turnaround) via Washeroo inside Raya Garden, or same-day laundry at Metropole Laundry & Dry Cleaners at the SeaOil station beside the building. Drying racks available in the unit.
Is parking available?
Yes, paid directly to building admin on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates: ₱25 for the first 3 hours, ₱10 per succeeding hour, ₱150 overnight (10 PM–6 AM). Availability cannot be guaranteed in advance.
How far is the condo from NAIA?
Approximately 5 minutes from NAIA Terminal 3 without traffic. Allow 20–25 minutes during peak hours.
Is a baby crib available?
Yes, as a paid extra. Request in advance so we can have it ready on arrival.
Is this suitable for families with kids?
Yes. Three separate bedrooms, pool access, a child-friendly setup, and 5 minutes from the airport make this one of the best family options near NAIA T3.
Is self check-in easy?
Very. You receive clear step-by-step instructions before arrival, including exact directions for your driver and guardhouse coordination. Most guests are settled within minutes.
