Frequently Asked Questions – Raya P09

Is the swimming pool included?

Pool access is not included for stays under 3 months. The fee is ₱200 per person per day, paid directly to Raya Admin. Pool hours are 7:00 AM–9:00 PM and it is closed every Thursday. On weekends and holidays, access is limited to unit owners and registered guests.

Is the gym included?

Gym access is available for ₱150 per person per day, paid to Raya Admin. Hours are typically 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, subject to admin availability.

Is there a washing machine or dryer in the unit?

No. The unit does not have an in-unit washing machine or dryer.

How does laundry work during the stay?

There are two laundry options available:

• On-site laundry (Washeroo – Raya Garden)
  Laundry pickup service available within the Raya Garden complex. Typical turnaround time is 3–4 days, depending on volume. Best suited for longer stays without urgency.
• Same-day laundry nearby
  Metropole Laundry & Dry Cleaners, located at the SeaOil gas station beside Raya Garden, offers same-day laundry service and is ideal for short stays or urgent needs.

Drying racks are available in the unit if needed.

Is parking available at Raya Garden?

Yes. Parking is available but not included with the stay. It is paid directly to the building administration and is first-come, first-served.

What are the parking fees?

• ₱25 for the first 3 hours
• ₱10 for each succeeding hour
• ₱150 for overnight parking (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Availability depends on the building and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Is a baby crib included?

A baby crib is not included but can be added as a paid extra. Please request it in advance so we can prepare it before arrival.

How far is the condo from NAIA Airport?

Raya P09 is approximately 5 minutes from NAIA Terminal 3 without traffic. During peak hours, please allow up to 20–25 minutes.
